The bandages wrapped around the arms of Goū are made from special Chakra-Enhanced Materials, making them stronger than steel itself. Laced in with the materials are thousands of extremely thin metallic wires that can be used to funnel Raiton through them, increasing the strength of the bandages greatly. With his own chakra Goū can increase the strength and durability but at the same time you can only increase some cloth so much so as of now they cannot equal the strength of diamonds.
