This technique allows the user to emit their own chakra into a person or object by physical touch. Use of this technique does not require hand seals, as it is a passive ability. Though it does require some mastery over one's chakra flow in order to learn.
This technique is the opposite of it's sister technique, the Chakra Absorption Technique.
