The Rotten Breath technique is exactly what it states, with an extreme twist. Instead of the simple stanky breath, this technique has the power to strip the flesh directly off a target. Contrary to its namesake, the chakras do not stink, in fact, it's completely odorless.
Usage[]
The user must first gather the necessary chakra in their lungs and expel it out in a ferocious manner. Without proper control, the chakra could possibly backfire and kill the user.
The user can also release a gentle breath of Decay Release and have it fill a small room in a matter of moments.
