Description[]
Imbued with the power of Dark Chakra, the properties of the Nara's shadow shifts in intelligence, gaining a form of sentience. This, is actually the incomplete version of the technique, or to put it frankly, the form of the technique he's revealed to The Nara Order. Aptly named the Dimensional Predator, the Nara has done a wonderful job in keeping the true potential of the technique under lock and key.
Of course, this technique, unlike the true version, requires the prior usage of the Shadow Detection Technique. No matter the size of the shadow, it can be used in full functionality.
Usage[]
Using the shadows is pretty simple and straightforward. With his shadow sinking into itself, it enters the Nara's pocket dimension, and gains the ability to take control of any of the shadows it now has knowledge of through the Shadow Detection Technique. The maximum range for this is 500 meters. Because of the Dark Chakra, those that can sense negative emotions can pick up on the shadow's location, a fraction of a second before it makes its appearance. The Nara sees this as a weakness, but the increase in the shadow's speed is more than enough to make up for it.
Because the shadow is no longer connected to the user, subduing the user of this technique through said shadow is completely impossible. However, if the opposition is strong/skilled enough, they can in fact subdue the actual shadow before it has a chance of slipping back into the pocket dimension. Much like the detection, the shadow cannot exceed 500 meters.
Trivia[]
- Despite giving the Order the name of the real technique, Dimensional Predator, he lied under the abilities portion of the application.
- What he put down was obviously the abilities of this technique.
- The act of imbuing his shadow with the wrong, secondary, form of energy causes the Beast great displeasure.
