Combining the gathering of chakra towards the users palms and the utilization of creating said fūinjutsu seal. Two specially formulated circular designs appear upon the users palms as upon direct contact towards their victim, allows activation of the contents of the seal. The target would then become wrapped in the long elaborate sealing formula composed of the technique. Once wrapped in the black code a sudden rush of alcohol would be released from the seal and into the target's body as it would rush towards reaching their blood stream as quick as possible.
As the seal would wrap around its victim it would begin to intake information on the target, as to calculate properly how much alcohol to inject into them to give them a feeling of near blackout drunk. The effects would be instantaneous as a great dis-balance is given to the victim as well as blurry and uncoordinated vision. The affected target would then find it very difficult to move as bodily functions would take longer to react towards the brains commands. Proper thinking is thrown out the window once in such state as the victim is beyond trashed and white boy wasted.
Even for the more heavier drinkers the alcohol levels change upon each victim. Thus if one is able to withstand a large intake of alcohol, a higher dosage is fed to them. A risk of an increasingly high blood alcohol concentration; possibly leading into the near factors of death due to the liver being overwhelmed by booze.
