This jutsu allows the user to create ribbons of hard-light constructs from their finger tips. As they move to the user's will they can chase down and bind targets with unerring accuracy. They will burn flesh on contact like a hot iron and are as difficult to break as any other chakra construct, such as a Susano'o, of comparable thickness. Their hardness can be increased by making them thicker, turning the ribbons into chains and manacles. They can also be turned into cutting beams if one wishes to make them lethal in nature. Although ten is maximum starting amount, one from each finger, they can branch off from there if need be, at the cost of more chakra of course.
