This technique is usable by Toku Yosei through the use of his stone of gelel upon entering his Peri Form. It allows him to expel white flames from his body and wings that he can control and shape. These white flames are capable of teleporting anything they come in contact with either to Toku's Pocket-Dimension or somewhere else in the area. While these flames ignore all opposition they can be pushed away, repelled, or even destroyed by certain effects.
