Once known as Bocchiere's "Right Hand Man" Saejima was slain in battle against the Ichibi Jinchuriki of Konoha. Using pre-stored DNA, Bocchiere revived the man who Bocchiere himself admits might have been able to defeat him.

Abilities

Saejima possesses super human levels of strength and durability even without using chakra to enhance himself. He plays on these advantages with his master of Raiton based jutsu, specifically Raiton no Yoroi to enhance everything to levels nearly beyond belief. He is changed by Jiongu and can incorporate the still functioning organs of others to artificially extend his life, now immortal, Saejima has no need for this but can still steals others hearts to gain access to their affinities and create chimera-like creatures out of his threads to fuse with the hearts and fight alongside him.

This zombie is under the control of Vex during the exchange with Kamui Uchiha.
