Description

The Uzumaki Chakra Threading Reinforcement is a specially designed sealed that uses chakra, foreign and domestic, to strengthen the fabric of a piece of clothing. With just a bit of chakra, this seal can make something, as easily ripped as cotton, just a bit stronger than steel. He got the idea from Paper Ninjutsu, and while not having any sort of personal experience in wielding it, he was familiar with its versatility in combat. With more chakra, the defensive capabilities of the seal will only continue to rise. Using his own Strongest Shield as the research materials, he figured out that it cannot get that strong before needing to be relieved.

Usage

Because the chakra isn’t being stored inside of a seal, and instead being recycled into the fabric of a material, there is a limit to how much chakra can be used as reinforcement. With that in mind, the Nara as wired in a failsafe string of code that will passively store the excess chakra back into the user’s reserves. The amount of chakra that can be safely store, is around the levels of a highly experienced Chūnin/low-tier Jōnin, which makes the material more than strong enough to brush off powerful techniques… but not high-tier piercing techniques.
