The user creates two rings of water which circulate around the target before their inner boundaries seemingly shift inwards, imprisoning them in a sphere of compressed water. The rings however continue to orbit the sphere as if they hadn't lost any water.
The epicentre of the sphere proceed to expand outwards in a burst of water as the rings converge on it, triggering a violent implosion, capable of severely damaging the target with a force capable of crushing their limbs and skeletal structure. The water left over may then be utilized as a medium for another Water Release technique.
