Utilizing the imagination and knowledge of the Fourth Hokage, this jutsu erects a five meter tall Torii made of the Wood Element which can absorb the chakra from jutsu within a 3 meter radius as well as siphon the chakra of individuals within said range. The more chakra a jutsu/individual has, the faster the wood Torii will leech them, strengthening the user. It is said to work similar to Fūjutsu Kyūin and might indeed be an extension of the Preta Path in Tomi's case. Uematsu Tomi has five of these Gates sealed onto his body already inscribed with the Kinetic Sealing Method plus the Flying Thunder God Technique placed upon on them & can be unsealed/summoned next to him at a moment's notice.
- Note: The caster of this jutsu is also subject to siphoning. Thus, their own techniques will be absorbed but the very nature of the jutsu recycles the chakra which would normally be taken from them. It does not distinguish between 'friend' and 'foe'.
- The closer a technique/target is to the Torii, the stronger the 'pull' of absorption.
- The Leeching effect is stopped the moment the Gate is destroyed. The best means of doing this is through non chakra based projectiles. Other methods of incapacitating the Torii exist but are not directly listed.
- This jutsu is compatible/can be combined with other Wood Release techniques such as Mokuton Hijutsu: Jukai Kōtan to create a large number of these gates at once. Wood Release Secret Technique: Nativity of a World of Trees can be used as an extension of this technique, only taking one action point in total as it become over all one skill.
- The Torii will not absorb chakra from each other, i.e. overlapping does not cause a double siphon/null effect.
